At Tiller, we believe trust begins with transparency. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
Candidates: Name, email, phone (optional), resume, LinkedIn (optional), employment history, industry and role preferences, availability status.
Employers: Name, company name, business email, website, location, job openings submitted, hiring preferences.
Candidate information is never shared automatically. Before an employer receives a candidate's contact information, the candidate must first approve the introduction. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. Protecting member information is a core priority at Tiller.
We collect only the information reasonably necessary to provide our services and improve the hiring experience.
