Candidates: Name, email, phone (optional), resume, LinkedIn (optional), employment history, industry and role preferences, availability status.

Employers: Name, company name, business email, website, location, job openings submitted, hiring preferences.

  • Connect professionals with relevant opportunities.
  • Communicate about your membership.
  • Improve Tiller through feedback and beta testing.
  • Maintain the quality of the network.

Sharing Your Information

Candidate information is never shared automatically. Before an employer receives a candidate's contact information, the candidate must first approve the introduction. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. Protecting member information is a core priority at Tiller.

Data Minimization

We collect only the information reasonably necessary to provide our services and improve the hiring experience.

Beta Participation

Tiller is currently operating as a beta platform. Some workflows are performed manually while we continue to improve the platform.
